Holiday Inn Melbourne on Flinders’ executive chef Scott Horn introduces the new junior’s menu.
“I chose a selection of foods which suit a broad market, from traditional kid’s foods to the ever growing demand for healthy options,” says Scott of the new additions to the menu including organic mac and cheese and a healthy chicken wrap.
He says he’s also worked to incorporate a “mini culture” into the dishes to make them better suited to little hands and mouths. “Our junior guests are important to us because they are what bring out a kid friendly culture in our staff,” he says, adding “And happy juniors make happy parents!”
Scott says that while the whole menu has been a hit, the mini pizza and fish and chips are the current favourites among junior diners. “We aim to make our little guests have the most memorable experience possible,” says Scott who credits the friendly team at Holiday Inn Melbourne on Flinders with their good work.
Remember that as well as enjoying these great new junior options, kids stay and eat free at Holiday Inn.
