Who doesn’t like to laugh? Melbourne International Comedy Festival is back again this year to keep your bellies full of laughter for three weeks straight, from March 25th to April 19th, 2020. With more than 150+ shows to choose from, the Comedy Festival is the best place to be this autumn season.

First time going to Melbourne’s International Comedy Festival? No problem, we’ve got some life-saving tips for you. Make sure to plan ahead which shows you want to watch, to ensure you’ve got a seat at your favourite comedian’s show. Venues for individual shows are scattered all around the city, so make sure you plan ahead where to park and how to get there, we’ve got you covered on where to stay for the night. Some shows are at: Athenaeum and Palais Theatre. Ticket prices differ for each comedian and time; however expect the average ticket price to be around $30.


Don’t miss the opening night of the Melbourne International Comedy Festival

Be sure to catch the opening night of Melbourne’s Comedy festival (25/03/20); an “All-stars Supershow” that guarantees you will be laughing to the point where your stomach starts hurting! This once a year event includes a wide variety of well-known comedians, going for 180 minutes, beginning at 7:30pm.
