Spring into Melbourne: September School Holidays 2016

Kids, get excited. It’s that time again!

When we woke up this morning and Spring had sprung, we couldn’t be happier. Finally out of the deep chill of Melbourne winter and into some sunshine. But September doesn’t just mean the beginning of Spring, it also means school holidays are on the horizon.

School holidays vary state to state, but for Victoria the break is 17 September to 2 October, and as usual Melbourne has a packed calendar of events to entertain the whole family, making it easy to fill the days with fun and quality time together.

We researched what’s on in Melbourne and put together our top 5 picks for September School Holidays. Discover our best value family accommodation package below, and make the most of our convenient city location. Walk to Melbourne Aquarium, jump on a train to the zoo or catch a free tram around the city.

Now is the time to get planning and to do more of what you love.
