We understand how tough it is for teams to be able to connect during these challenging times. Our team have done the research for the best Victorian virtual team activities. This not only helps support local Victorian businesses, but also gives your team an opportunity to reconnect after a challenging 2020.
Our best Virtual Team Activities
Make your own coffee by Coffee on Cue
Friend of the hotel Coffee on Cue was founded in 2013. They started when they realised that when you put amazing coffee into the hands of people, things change. People start connecting and engagement lifts. 2020 happened and they needed to pivot, as in person events were no longer occurring. Enter their two-part offering for virtual events.
Part one is a coffee brewing pack which is sent directly to event attendees. This option includes three different options, the sampler, the elevate package (which can be branded) and the twin pack (which can also be branded).
Part two is the masterclass which has been designed to be fun, interactive and informative. The team at Coffee on Cue will host a 15-30 minute live zoom class where attendees will learn how to make the perfect brew.
Cooking Lessons by Providoor
Providoor have teamed up with Broadsheet to bring you weekly cooking classes from Melbourne’s top chefs. Although it won’t be a intimate team activity, we still think it’s one of the best virtual team activities.
All you need to do is order everything you need to cook along at home and jump on the Providoor Instagram account to follow your favourite chef live from their very own kitchen. Orders need to be placed by 4pm on the Wednesday before the class. Cooking ingredients will be delivered on the Friday morning.
Virtual Painting by Cork & Canvas
Australia’s first paint and sip studio Cork & Canvas, have now introduced on-demand and live stream sessions. This virtual team activity is that it can be done from anywhere, which makes it suitable to all! Although it is worth noting you do need to supply your own materials (they do have creativity kits for delivery).
Guided Meditations by Corporate Yoga Melbourne
After a tough 2020, it has never been so vital to look after our mental health and well being. Corporate Yoga Melbourne is offering seven different types of meditation styles and there is sure to be one that suits your team’s requirements. The team use Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Skype which means there is truly any digital options for your workplace.
We hope that these virtual team activities help your team in reconnecting and having a little fun during these challenging times.
